TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The 22nd International Street and Open-Air Theatres Festival “FETA”

 

1. Terms and Conditions concern all persons who will be staying in the area where the event

the 22nd International Street and Open-Air Theatres Festival “FETA” (hereinafter referred to as “the Event”) is held, i.e. IN THE PLACES OF THEATRICAL PRESENTATIONS – STARE PRZEDMIEŚCIE AND DOLNE MIASTO IN GDAŃSK — (hereinafter referred to as “the Event Site”).

2. The Event is organised by Gdański Archipelag Kultury — PLAMA GAK (hereinafter referred to as “the Organiser”).

3. Each person staying on the Event Site (hereinafter referred to as “the Event Participant”) is required to behave in a manner that does not threaten the safety of others, in particular comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms and Conditions of the Event”). Staying on the Event Site constitutes the acceptance of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

4. The Participants are allowed to stay on the Event Site until the Event finishes and then they shall leave the above-mentioned site without undue delay.

5. Except for these Terms and Conditions of the Event the Event Participants are required to read, understand and comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Site which are available at www.feta.pl and in visible places on the Event Site (right before the beginning of the Event)

6. The Event Participants are prohibited from bringing and holding on the Event Site:

a) guns and other dangerous items, explosives, pyrotechnic materials and materials creating a fire hazard,

b) alcoholic beverages,

c) intoxicants and psychotropic drugs,

d) any liquids and beverages in glass containers and metal tins,

e) professional equipment for recording audio or video,

f) other dangerous items or tools.

7. The Organiser does not store items which are not allowed at the Event. Persons holding such items will not be permitted to enter the Event Site.

8. The Event Organiser carries out the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of the Event and the Terms and Conditions of the Site through WENA Security and Information Personnel (hereinafter referred to as “the Security Personnel”) which is responsible for providing safety and order during the Event.

9. The Event Participants are required to comply with any instructions and announcements of the Event Organiser’s employees and the Security Personnel.

10. The Security Personnel may deny entry to the Event Site and the right to stay on the Event Site to persons who:

a) are apparently under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants, psychotropic drugs or other substances having a similar effect,

b) hold items listed in clause 6,

c) behave aggressively, provocatively or in a way that otherwise causes

threat to the safety and order of the Event,

d) refuse to submit to procedures described in clause 11,

e) do not hold an admission ticket for events requiring admission charge.

11. The Security Personnel are entitled to:

a) check the right to stay at the Event,

b) check persons’ identity,

c) search the luggage, clothes of the persons who are suspected of bringing or holding the items mentioned in clause 6,

d) check the right to stay at the Event and in the event that they determine a lack of such right (including but not limited to admission tickets for events requiring admission charge), call upon them to leave the Event,

e) give regulatory instructions to persons who behave in a disorderly manner or contrary to the Terms and Conditions of the Event or the Terms and Conditions of the Site and if they do not carry out these instructions, call upon them to leave the Event,

f) detain persons who pose a direct threat to human life or health as well as to protected property in order to immediately hand them over to the police,

g) use physical force, restraint and similar self-defence techniques, in the case of a threat to property protected by the Security Personnel or repulse an attack on a member of the Security Personnel or any other person.

12. The Participants stay at the Event of their own free will or of the will of the persons who have their custody (in the case of persons under the age of 18).

13. In the event that the persons who are under the age of 18 stay on the Event Site, the persons who have their custody accept and agree to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

14. The persons staying on the Event Site acknowledge and agree that their image may be photographed, filmed and in other ways recorded, and their image and voice may be broadcast, distributed or transmitted in any material presenting the Event in an indefinite period of time.

15. Missing persons or property shall be reported to the Security Personnel or the Event Organiser’s employees on duty.

16. The Event Organiser is not liable for possessions belonging to the Event Participants. Each Event Participant is personally responsible for their own property. The Event Participant is also liable for any damages that they cause to other persons, equipment or facilities situated on the Event Site. All damages shall be reported to the Security Personnel or the Event Organiser’s employees.

17. It is forbidden to block and obstruct in any way evacuation exits and routes, access roads for emergency services and the police as well as fire hydrants and other equipment essential in the event of a rescue or firefighting operation.

18. The Organiser reserves the right to make any alterations to the course of the Event without prior consultations and compensation.

19. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Event without prior notification and shall not be held liable to any compensation for this reason.

20. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed, partly or fully, invalid or impossible to execute, any other provisions shall remain (partly or fully) valid and enforceable.

21. The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions. The Organiser is entitled to binding and final interpretation of these Terms and Conditions. The changes to these Terms and Conditions shall be available at www. feta.pl

22. The matters which are not included in these Terms and Conditions are addressed by the Organiser.

23. These Terms and Conditions are available at www.feta.pl and in visible places on the Event Site (right before the beginning of the Event).

THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE EVENT SITE

The 22nd International Street and Open-Air Theatres Festival “FETA”

 

1. The Terms and Conditions concern all persons who will be staying

in THE PLACES OF THEATRICAL PRESENTATIONS at the event the 22nd International Street and Open-Air Theatres Festival “FETA” (hereinafter referred to as “the Event”) – IN STARE PRZEDMIEŚCIE AND DOLNE MIASTO IN GDAŃSK – (hereinafter referred to as “the Event Site”).

2. The Event is organised by Gdański Archipelag Kultury – PLAMA GAK (hereinafter referred to as “the Organiser”).

3. Except for these Terms and Conditions of the Site the Event Participants are required to read, understand and comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Event at www.feta.pl and in visible places on the Event Site (right before the beginning of the Event). Staying on the Event Site constitutes the acceptance of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

4. It is forbidden to enter the area on the Event Site designated only for persons authorised by the Event Organiser without the Organiser’s permission.

5. The Event Participants are required to comply with any markings, pointers and instructions of the Security Personnel and the Event Organiser’s employees provided visually by means of graphic signs or verbally.

6. Animals are not allowed on the Event Site.

7. Smoking cigarettes, drinking alcoholic beverages and using other stimulants on the Event Site are completely banned.

8. Rubbish and waste shall be thrown into rubbish bins (containing disposable bin liners) placed on the Event Site.

9. It is prohibited to engage in any trading or other kind of gainful activity on the Event Site without the Organiser’s permission.

10. It is forbidden to throw any objects at the stage and other structures situated on the Event Site.

11. The Event Participants are not allowed to approach performing artists without permission.

12. The Event Participants are required to behave in a way which does not pose a threat to the safety of other Event Participants.

13. The Event Participants are required to respect other Event Participants’ property, any other equipment and technical installations as well as the property belonging to the Event Organiser.

14. It is forbidden to block and obstruct in any way evacuation exits and routes, access roads for emergency services and the police as well as fire hydrants and other equipment essential in the event of a rescue or firefighting operation.

15. When the Event finishes, the Participants shall follow the designated evacuation routes.

16. In the event a fire or other threat is noticed, the persons present on the Event Site shall:

a) immediately notify the Event Organiser’s employees or the Security Personnel,

b) avoid panicking,

c) comply with the instructions and announcements of the Event Organiser’s employees and the Security Personnel,

d) not hinder the arrival of emergency services.

17. These Terms and Conditions are available at www.feta.pl and in visible places on the Event Site (right before the beginning of the Event).

18. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed, partly or fully, invalid or impossible to execute, any other provisions shall remain (partly or fully) valid and enforceable.

19. The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions. The Organiser is entitled to binding and final interpretation of these Terms and Conditions. The Organiser shall notify of the alterations to these Terms and Conditions at www.feta.pl

20. The matters which are not included in these Terms and Conditions are addressed by the Organiser.

21. These Terms and Conditions are available at www.feta.pl and in visible places on the Event Site (right before the beginning of the Event).

22. The matters which are not regulated by these Terms and Conditions of the Event are subject to regulations of appropriate acts and enforceable regulations of these acts.
