"Anioły mają ciężko ..."("It's a hard life for angels") A street spectacle inspired by the graphics of Krzysztof Cybulski Directors: Krzysztof Cybulski i Sławomir Kochanek, Consultation: Elwira Twardowska, Screenplay: Krzysztof Cybulski, Set-design: Krzysztof Cybulski, Paweł Kubiak, Music: Sławomir Kochanek, Costumes: Beata Jankowska - Cybulska Actors: Czesław Fankidejski, Beata Jankowska - Cybulska, Iwona Jurkiewicz, Magda Mielnik, Aleksandra Księżopolska, Barbara Piórkowska, Monika Thurnau, Sylwia Wojciechowicz, Marcin Wróbel Once upon a time there was a world full of splendid colors… Its people led a frivolous and merry life. They spent their time on meaningless quarrels, painting their town with marvelous colors of the rainbow. In this colored town there were colored little houses, colored clothes and colored dreams. When its people were happy they painted the sky in green, in red and violet when they needed stimulation and touched the rays of light to feel happiness. High above two nosy angels watched everything. They felt jealousy and decided to leave their heavenly shelter. They wanted to experience the warmth of the yellow, the ultramarine of the night and the humidity of purple. They gazed at everything with amazement … while the desire of tasting everything what is earthy grew in them more and more! The spectacle is inspired by the graphics of Krzysztof Cybulski. Just like in his works, the artist creates a whole new world overwhelmed by the explosion of colors, boundless energy and absurdly grotesque characters. We feel a connection with them as we see our own reflection in their struggle with everyday obstacles.
